Migrate the account to a mojang account and then change the password. Now you have full access because they can't login anymore because it will ask them to login with their email but actually it's your email . You can also change the username and then they will never find their account back .

Also if you are lucky. Sometimes non-migrated accounts are the ones that you should aim for. It doesn't require emails sometimes
