Problems With Vista 64 bit

Uggghh. After downloading and extracting the zip/rar stuff to my CA folder And when I start combat arms it just closes and shuts down after like 2 mins??
I have unchecked the UAC box and made exceptions for CA and i have Vista SP2 wdf is the problem??

1. Redownload the hacks
2. Make sure you hshield folder is the bypassed version
3. Direct X or your a d3d.dll file is missing
