Sorry could you please explain this for say driving?

There is a lot of tips out there to do that Legimately.

For example;

Flying: 1 bar every 10 minutes, the fastest way is to take the cuban 800 plane and to land (stay on the ground for 3seconds) and then take off.

For example (2):

Shooting: You can use shooting range over and over to boost your shooting skills up but you must use it with an other player. You can also score Multiple Headshot in a row to fill the bar by doing survivals.


What you thinking, is that really gonna be hard to waste total 2 hours on maxing skills and hey, if you play legimately. You can max your skills while having fun, instead of using cheat on that very ''simple'' thing.
