How does he get in BIOS to set the CD-ROM to master if he gets no monitor signal?

your a fucken idiot u know that zhell......you mite of fryed your mother fucken mother bored considering your onbored video card doesnt work your drive is probably ok but you lost everything that was on that computer 100% garnty it and next time before you run win 7 on a computer you dont know its compatble with just do us all a favor and throw your computer out the window.....and if you have more then VGA OR DVI slot try pluging it in there if you dont its fryed try a diffrent slot if that doesnt work your what um FUCKED!

Its just when i activated it. I pressed keys when i shouldnt have. After i told my friend. Hes like. OH, I SHOULD OF TOLD U NOT TO PRESS KEYS

If your computer has a default(built in to the motherboard) plug for your monitor, try using that one to see the BIOS and set it to boot to your other grafics card defaultly(after you press delete/F2, which ever one your bios version requires to get to the settings screen), mine does the same thing after I upgraded it.

If your motherboard has on board graphics, PLug it in there.
If it doesnt, Then ur screwed.

Take the disc out when booting. (Could be causing problems)
THats really all i can think of.

When i tried to activate windows on a laptop, It kept BSOD'ing.

Its deffinatly your monitor or your gfx card because EVERY computer has to have a BIOS. Because without a BIOS your computer wont even start,,
