Error when executing command

i was trying to give a potion of maxy and a full top set but i couldn' give any items i have rank 7... so

You use heidisql to rank yourself? Make sure after you click the rank box and type 7 in you click out of the box so it saves and gives the rank.

This is wrong. The "Error when executing the command" means exactly what it says, there was an error when executing the command. Or in other words, the code for that specific command crashed and didn't execute fully. Since this happened only after adding items, it is a good indication that the item wasn't added correctly.

But i can't give any items to myself i checked it how i write it in the command.

It can also mean what I said. For example when I type a /(command) but nothing after it it sometimes say Error when executing the command (depending what command). You are right also though.
And @USAidiot , trying removing the items you added then see if it works Like nilly said

does it say it for all items or just maxy and tablet
