Well no more using Merccy's not so revolutionary Rank Scanner.

How to use
Go in a competitive game.
Start the RankScanner™
Optional: Flame why the enemy is a higher rank.
Close the RankScanner™ as VAC might detect it as a hack so it is best to close it ASAP.

Nothing on MPGH.

Zats calls it RadarBase and has a detailed post about it but internally it is called (I)GameResources, you can find quite a lot about it on that different forum which we shall not call by its name.

Hey @merr I tried to get the MS 2013 to work to replace my 2012, but they're is like 150GB+ worth of updates to do just to get the polyloader to work... Is there any way around it?
