Poly Loader not working at all?

I've tried everything possible to fix it and i still get an error can someone please help me?

wont let me post the picture but it says
Cannot open include file: 'T1He1p32.h' : No such file or directory

help please

i already have it installed ;c

I got it installed, and I still get the same problem...

I just ran poly loader, compiled a hack 0 errors for me so you must be missing something
