Download issue

I literally have no clue where to post this, and I chose MPGH because well I've been here for awhile and the community is my go-to I guess you can say.

But heres my issue... I go to download something and well I cant exactly choose where to save it other than the last folder I saved something in..

Yes I tried restarting my PC.

look for "Downloads" and choose the destination

I know this but it's nice to be able to choose where I want to save something if I want some things downloaded all in a specific placing other than it downloading to one spot and have to move to another, if you know what I mean.

then I suggest you do what arun suggested

Your left side bar isn't working?

Probably a registry corruption or something. Probably best thing to do is reformat your computer.

Have you restored defaults in chrome?
Have you tried to re-install it?
Don't do what arun says unless you tried the two above stated. 2
