Bone dust not dropping?

Hi, today i was kill jack spratt and skeleton warriors in the graveyard for bone dust, i did it for about 20mins and i havent even gotten a single one?? Ive killed atleast 50 of each but no bone dust? I have no bonedust in my inventory or bank? Whats happening?

This may mean that you already have 50 already...
