Need help

Is anyone of you aware of the program called spyhunter?
If so, can someone send me a link of a working crack/patch? Are there any better alts for it? My laptop's filled with so much shit. Ads keep on opening randomly on my browser and I can't remove it.
Really desperate for whatever help I can get.

Malware bytes is not flawless. I managed to make a rat and crypt it using only WinRAR and it wouldn't detect it...

Yes. I even sent it to my friend to test it out, he also has Malwarebytes (Premium) and it didn't detect it.
