How to Fix error message for Poly Loader

Yes, i did test polyloader with these pub cheats which are available here to try to compile them. It worked with them but not with mine

I am confused here, do I have to uninstall all of those programs from the first picture or just the one that is highlighted? Also I only have 1 visual studio which I am pretty sure is the correct one and it still doesn't compile correctly. I am installing windows SDK right now and I will see if that fixes it.

I Can not Install the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Express because it gets stuck on " creating a system restore point ... " and not know how to solve this already tried everything . Help Me!
