Help with CIS from Amazon!

Need some help reopening my amazon account! Trusted Kauaii to do this but was obviously scammed (a mistake that I'm willing to accept and learn from). I've been sent an email from CIS amazon and want to appeal the closure and if possible help with a refund. Can anyone help? Prices and information will be discussed on skype/email.

You can't re-open an account for longer than 24 hours. You will never be able to have you account re-opened permanently. That's what you get for refunding too many times. Just be thankful they didn't fuck you with their fraud team.

Thanks for the heads up about opening the account. I haven't done a refund since last year so I thought this would be a good opportunity to make a legit account stacked with legitimate orders to make this purchase. Since I cant have my account permanently opened is there anyone out there that can temporarily open my account and help me make that refund? It's a pretty big order, but I am willing to negotiate a price in exchange for help!

How many refunds is classified too much, just wanna get a rough approximate so I don't get caught

When you get the CIS email, that's when you've maxed out and can't refund again. Most of the time they won't close your account, they only warn you.
