I got banned for using these hacks foolishly...help? *please look. please. kthanks.*

I got banned. Is there anyway to er...not unban my account, but make a new one? Every time i try to make a new account on nexon it says "system error" and whenever i try to run combat arms, it says it is already running. I tried ip changers...nothing worked...need some help please.

Anways, what i'm TRYING to say is that nexon won't let me make a new account, and it's probably because they have their cocks deep into my harddrive, so i'm asking is there any program I can download to get that cock out of my harddrive, therefore allowing me to make a new account?
