First, I have no idea if this method has been posted on mpgh or any other forums. You are allowed to repost this method but I would like if you would give me credits for it. Also, make sure to hit the thanks button 
STEPS
1. You will need 4 friends that you can trust and you must be sure they won't report you.
2. Get in a lobby with them
3. You and your team/friends are going to play 5 competitive matches.
4. Every each match 1 guy in your team will rage. For example: First match you rage and the rest of the team is afk or running around the map. Second match you and other 3 people are afk or running around the map while one of your friends is raging. Every other match someone else is raging.
My method works this way: You have 5 friends in your team that won't report you. You have 5 people in the enemy team every each match. Since every match someone else is raging - every person that rages each match gets max. of 5 reports. Why do we get only 5 reports per person? Because every match other/one guy is raging. So, enemies (wrong spelling) will only report the guy who is raging and not the rest of the team. If you don't understand my method just post a reply down below and I will try to help you.
P.S: Make sure to do a fake kick and judge/offend the cheater.
