VAC

Well I recently bought MW2 and I don't want to get banned. I want to make a simple FOV / Thirdperson hack by sending a command through console via a function and maybe some name tags but I don't want to get banned.. that's 60 dollars down the drain. Maybe someone can shed some light on VAC for me?

3 of my friends have modded xboxs

2 of them got bann by just playing there pirated game.
but the other guy.
his xbox is modded and he hasnt played mw2 yet.
he bought the game and he was trying to go on live and it said he wasnt connected to the internet... so he went in the back of his xbox and he realized his Ethernet cable was plug out, soo he put his ethernet cable in and he got instant ban.
and xbox doesnt want noobs like you to ruin the game..
