Heist Items Unlock Script

Hello, I have looked around everywhere and no matter what I try I can't get four particular items of the heist gear to unlock....
They are the: Gas Mask, Night Vision Goggles, Rebreather & the LCD Earpiece.

If somebody could please make a script to unlock these it would be absolutely superb of you!

I had a mod menu wich gives you all the heist items and vehicles.
