Downgrade to cheat?

If the anticheat flag is sent by the GTA V game and not requested by the server, couldn't we just downgrade, use a trainer, then upgrade without tripping the anticheat flag?

Of course.. but few to none care about that with trainers. Most of your people using trainers want to god mode and spawn shit with friends...

Can someone else with insight to the code confirm my hypothesis?
Cause then I could just spawn in money without risk of flag. (manual review is always a risk)
