hey what version of cod4 do u need original file version or cracked one or patched one. if either of cracked or patched then refer to the correct file version please. this thing looks cool but if i use it on the cod4 original then, the game crashes. so well i think it requires the patched or cracked version. need help please

I really wish I didn't have to ask this, because now I'll look stupid and sound annoying, but I have tried everything here, and cannot get it to work.
I have the 1.7 patch, have tried everything else, etc etc, multiple times, but I pressing DEL does nothing.
Where am I supposed to push it? The main menu, while in the game? At options menu? I don't know.

The menu is showing up when u are at the server.
Its detected but just play on non pb Servers
