Amazon.de refunds

Hey guys i just wanted to ask why no one is refunding Amazon.de? All the Refund-Service-Guys write "All Sites" on their Thread but no one of them is doing .de.
So i wanted to know what is the problem with Amazon.de?
And would it be possible if i buy from Amazon.es send it to a post office box in spain and then send it to me or something like that?

Dude you can write in English with some german reps aswell, If you know what to say to them. I do , I've made couple of refunds for people on .de .it let me have a try for you if you want. I know I dont have quite so much of a activity on this forum but message me if you want this done.
