Dynamic Stat setting?

So I saw this yesterday and I just can't find it any more.

I want that stats like "MP0_IS_CHEATER" can become dynamic so that the 0 is replaced by the actual character in use(Is it even split into characters or is everything stored in MP0 in case of the cheater flags?)

r* them selfs ban you from doing anything with souialclub
even if t worked you would be able to edit your MP chacater as u dont have acces to it

so I already knew that and I just used MP0_IS_CHEATER as an example because well I had it in my mind. My question is thus still not answered.
