VM Workstation 11 (VMWARE)

I have Windows 7 32bit downloaded on VM Workstation 11 or VMWare and and running 7 OS's. I have Crossfire downloaded on all and when I try to run it, it says "this program cannot run in a virtual machine". What is the present solution? I've found some YouTube videos but they are from a couple of years ago and probably don't work. Thank's!

Hey I just did that and fixed it. When I run the game, it takes a minute to load and Xtrap pops up saying "this game cannot run properly"
