You need to use an Injector, to inject that file into the game.

Do you get to download it? If not, turn yout AVG off for a little and exclude the file and turn your AVG back

Are you for real? You expect everyone to have knowledge about how to use hacks and such?
-Everyone has to start somehwere, I prefer that they ask for help instead of downloading virus from random sites with an .exe file or such.
