Server.exe and wServer.exe
How do I get the .exe to start the server ?

If you haven't already solved this, make sure you rebuild the solution in sharp develop/visual studio or whatever you use.
Rebuild solution after editing database/server in Sharp Develop or Visual Studio, and it will be in the bin folder. Won't appear/work unless you rebuild solution.
