why do you wanna down rade... ScriptHook etc is already useable with 1.26 and there are cracked ScriptHooks that work online...

You only replace the GTAV.exe and the update.rpf in the update folder + it already got released in the ScriptHookV post from Alexander Blade. Auto Update can be disabled by blocking the RockstarLauncher.exe in the Firewall and Steam updates can be disabled in the properties of the game in the Steam library.

R* will update it automatically. now version 1.26 use Patch 1.24 can do what?

There's plenty of bypasses. For example. start gta normally > close it with task manager > When the error screen with ''run safe mode'' or ''retry'' don't do anything, just open your gta folder and replace GTAV.exe and update.rpf with the lower version one and the press ''retry''

If you want to be extra sure, place your ''normal'' files somewhere else. (a copy)

This is just if you already have the old files.

Well the point isn't to do it, it's just if you want to use outdated mods.

Or delete one file (for example metadata.dat). The launcher make an tiny update. When the massage to play comes replace the gta5.exe and update.rpf ^^
