HelpServer.exe crash fabian source

So i switched from mysql workbench to xampp and followed the tutorial for fabian source. Everything went well untill i started server.exe. It crash, the wserver.exe works fine but my server.exe crash everytime i open it as an administrator. Anyone who could help me out?
