You can use trainers such as the ones I'm going to list below.

11ZERO11: mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=959515 - This trainer will allow you to drop money for certain players only, such as yourself which could come in handy.

Bypass 16-5 [1.26]: mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=960428 - You will need this to bypass the check, to get online. Otherwise it will just close your game when trying to connect online. (if you want to do this online, otherwise ignore this).

GTA5 Washed Out v1.0 Hack menu: mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=961008 - This menu also works great, and it comes with a bypass (so no need to download anything new). It also allows you to turn your bullets into money bags/cases/etc worth $2000 each.
