Since they are not responding to my email and their faqs are shit am asking here... I've got a personal account on paypal and I'm wanting to receive money for my user services here (on siggy), am I going to pay a fee each time somebody sends me a specifc amount or I would pay that fee only if I withdraw the money from pp to my debit card ?

Also explain this withdraw thing, does the money sorta stay on pp and bank account does not increase if I do not withdraw ?

When I receive donations for the private server I run, the money usually pends for a month and I can't use it until after a month. It tells me I have to make 5 successful purchases before money doesn't have to be pended or something like that lol.

Paypal is best but Skrill does the same job. Recieve cash from your customers then withdraw it to your card or bank.

Yeah, That is what Paypal is all about.

But like Leecher9000 said, If you're new to Paypal you have to wait 21days after you recieve your first payment to be able to make online purchases or send to anyone.
Or you tell you customer to send as family and friends and the money will be in your Paypal account to spend right away.
