RB001 editing problem

Hello , does any one know anything how to convert the LTC file to LTA extention and after convert it back to LTC ? or soneome maybe know a some tools. If someone dont want to share it on public post please send me PM message I would give a 20quid PaySafe Card for good help.

i heard something about LZSS compression, i tried to decompress it but nothing.

could you tell me which program did you used for it ?
