So if someone reports you for same reasons in game in a match when you hack 100 times will it count or it will count as 1 report?
No, every report will be counted towards the overwatch count. Rage one game with a trusted friend every 24 hours and you'll be good.

tubers spam reporting , they aren't actually doing anything. Like clicking a file multiple times when it won't open
