Free Notifier

Hi,
today i happened to go into a fresh realm and then there was a sphinx ... of course all the notifier users came and i said gg notifiers. I dont use them, because i thought you had to pay for all. But then someone told me a link and i went on the website and there was a free notifer. But i never heard of it from this forum. I mean why wasnt it here before ? Well probably because it shouldnt get public ... and i wont do that i just wondered why noone posted it here.
