New section

@Royce, if you have the perms you should create a new section. The section would be about mod troubleshooting and help requests with mod bugs or crashes.

Could just do 3 main sections instead, Help/Discussions/ModFiles. Not that I have much pull ^.^

Well, we don't want shit posters ruining the release/discussion section asking for help, so we could add a new one for JUST mod troubleshooting.
