The blending of the image isn't the best but I honestly reckon that the picture would look it's best without the 'veins'.
Also, just a little less 'shifting' in the hand would make it look and feel a tad more emotive.

That advice only applies if you took the picture.

The things that bother me are the film grain, that doesn't go well at all in a photo.
Plus the finger blur ( not sure if intented) but they also don't go well...
