Ebay refund ?

i am looking to buy a 64gb ram for my server and it costs around $500. are there methods to refund the funds via paypal or what are my options?

refunding on e-bay is easy
tell them its damaged, and doesn't fully work
but U can't send it back bcus U need to use it, but U want them to either give you a refund, or send a new one
and you get 2 of them and sell one for newprice or slightly below that, and you'll get the server really cheap

Yes! eBay has a refund option that you can activate when you feel being scammed.
I already used that system days ago and I get refund because of the delay of Paypal (30 business days I guess). Before that delay, the only thing you can do is give negative feedback.
Anyway, 99% of my bussiness I did on eBay was a success!
