SolvedInternal VS External ESP

So my computer is battling for frames... like badly... I'm fine with it, but it's embarrassing... 20-30 frames, no esp on... when esp goes on it averages around 10, but it drops heavily...

I currently use external poly esps and had heard internal esps will save your frames a ton, now this peaked my interest, as i fight for every living frame on my computer. I would enjoy to continue using external polys, because i use them so often, so if anyone knows how to fix frames with that, please let me know... or if i should switch to the internal side of things, i just want to know if my frames can be saved, if they work identically towards one another, ect...

i prefer using external because i think it has less chances of getting detected but thats probably just a myth
