VIP. XD I'd go with Viper, I like faster kills, that's why I rape with the L9, (Noscoped from one side of snow valley to the other. ;3) And the m32 is almost 1 hit every time. SO Viper.

I am not a person who hates spending money on games, if you like the game spend money on it. People who saying people who pay for items onto a freeware are morons, however the game is not free, nothing is, you're paying for special services and items. You don't call a rich person who buys a VIP room in a bar a dumbass, you call them lucky or rich, in that case with Combat Arms, the player are buying VIP items such as weapons or characters.
I would not pick any of them, they are heavily restricted from using many items and weapons like backpacks and helmets which are often useful, they are also expensive and a total waste of money, sense why pay for someone who can 'run' faster when you can simply use a SMG or the grenade to get the same boost.
Use it to buy weapons or gear, not Mercs, as Mercs are very expensive and are not really important in gameplay.
