Mods in singleplayer

So im using mods in singleplayer but i usually goes in MP with the menu on but not using it AT ALL. So is this safe or should i quit the game and remove the menu before going in MP, idk if having the menu there but not using it gets me banned, i saw someone talking about a DLL checker

Btw im now whining about trying not to get banned im just asking if im allowed to be lazy as fuck without bieng banned
