Fabiano Server Does'nt Work

I have been trying to fix this problem on Fabiano's Swagger of doom source. When ever I open up the server and wserver I get an error and then it closes. Please Help.

Add the periods before com

you dont have mySQL running, download XAMPP and use that.

It says running, On xampp it is highlighted green, same with apache.

Have you set up the database? uploading rotmgprod.sql, then going into server.cfg and wserver.cfg and put in your ip? (fromt he sounds of it, put 127.0.0.1)
Once youve edited server.cfg and wserver.cfg, save and build the solution.
Make sure you run server as admin.

I just re imported it to my phpmyadmin database and made sure that all the ip addresses in the server.cfg and wserver.cfg
When I first opened the 127.0.0.1 in my browser then went to my phpmyadmin, it didnt ask me to log in.

You need to go to security on the main page and set up a password.
The put that password in both cfg files
