Virus Software
Currently running Windows 7 with Microsoft security essentials and Malwarebytes.... Used to use Norton, just kinda stopped.

Is there anything else I should have handy these days?

Just so you know, don't download newer/current versions of ESET. Uses way too many resources and has had a lot of issues with memory management etc. if I recall correctly. Find an older version of ESET when it was actually worth a shit.
