So im coming more and mor ein lobbys where fuckers atach shit to me and i cant do nothing because its like you see shit. Can someone please make a feature where you can remove all atachments from your char ?

Skin changer..

Change your model and then die and change back to normal. That might work for most objects. Also finding a new session or reconnecting works too.
