WTBAmazon.fr or amazon.de refunder

Im dying to get those beats headphones. So im willing to create an account on amazon.fr or even amazon.de and refund them, or even double dip if possible. But keep in mind the account will be fresh and have no orders on it, so it should be harder.. Those headphones cost about 150 euros, I didnt pick yet.
