Unban Request

I've been unfairly banned, I posted a scam report due to fourshorty chargeback payment, we decided that I would just refund his payment and he would sent the 18 euros he owed me. He didn't follow through on his end. So I let mpgh moderators handle the situation to be dealt with. The moderators told him to send me another 18 euros, which he did. Now the first payment (which he charged back) I refunded was taken from my bank account and given to him. Now I get banned and have to send him money? I contacted mods on Skype to no avail, I can't pm any mods or anything on a new account so I'm posting this here.
I didn't have funds at the moment to send the remaining $2.50 USD. I needed to withdraw funds from my Bank Account to Paypal which takes (5-7 business days) I was too busy with work and real life and thought sending the funds I currently had in paypal which was $17.50 USD would be okay until I got the bank transfer.
I'm a fairly reputable member on 20+ forums for selling accounts I've never scammed anybody. You can google my username and Skype.
