How do I know that the cheat is detected? I thought I detected a cheat when there is an update of the game

polyhacks can't be detected (for the moment), who don't have "AUTO-UPDATING" likely are outdated but not all
but not allGuys please help! i've been trying to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 to get the Polyloader to work but it keeps saying I need a newer version of windows. I already installed Windows 7 SP 1 just like the requirements but it still won't allow me 
So this is dead?
