Efficient Eggcrack

What's the most efficient way to use eggcrack? I've seen people get a really good ratio for cracking accounts. But my ratio is like 2/1000 if I'm lucky and I use 10k passwords in the txt file. If anyone could explain how these people got such a good ratio, please comment below.

1. Scrape your own usernames.
2. Use good proxies. (Not lists you find on here)
3. Raise your thread count.
4. Split your proxy and username list into 4-5 parts, have 4-5 eggcracks open at once all running.
5. Set the program as high priority in task manager.
6. Be lucky.

I already did all those things but what about the passwords situation? I had 4 eggcracks open at one time and it destroyed my internet. I can only do like 2 at a time and still be able to watch videos ect. My thread count is at 820 for both. I generate my own proxies and scrape my own usernames.

Well generally, you don't really need a 10k password list.
I use just a 100 long password list and I usually get 2-3/100.
I think it was flamegunner who released a awesome password list a bit back, that's the one I use.

But I also use a dedicated server as a cracker for MBA and eggcrack. So it's able to run thousands of threads and has access to a 1Gb/s uplink so it's runs extremely fast.

I don't want to sound noobish but how exactly do I create a dedicated server for eggcrack? If it's not too much to ask, can you post your password .txt file so I can use? Congrats on your set up by the way!

Well any dedicated server will do, as long as it's at least a little beefy. I recommend checking out lowendbox if you're on a budget, or OVH if you need pure, raw power, I use their HPC package.
