Does anyone know if Flannels can be done or you can do it or possibly know somebody who can?

I was thinking to do a missing item order and order £100 legit, then try get a jacket worth around £500.. Would this work?

I heard in some cases they have gotten CCTV footage of them packaging the item and got signatures etc..

Does anyone have any past experience with Flannels? Please let me know
