Modding the Sanchez Tires Post Patch

Hello,

I'm looking for a viable method of modding both the front and back wheels of the Sanchez to get street wheels, working at v1.26. I've included some screenshots below if this doesn't make sense. Menus like Endeavor allowed for the front wheel to be changed, but no more.

Update: While the method KillTheNoise provided works initially, after re-logging the tires reset. Is there some method to get the garage to save the changes? I've tried changing things in LSC and parking my bike in the garage countless times, but relogging always seems to reset them.
