A modded modem is a modem that has a custom firmware to let you access the internet for free and get diffrent speeds its really ment to be for testing your internet but people found a way to access free internet

You can but i dont know how i just take the easy way and just buy it pre modded also its illegal but hard to get cought you got a better chance of drowning then getting cought but the seller can get cought not the user cuss of how much money the guy gets from selling such a device if you wanna buy one ill give you a site pm me there pretty cheat compared to getting life internet
