You can do it with some keyloggers and some fake login page but hacking friend's account is worst thing that you can make in life. Also you can get big punishment for that so better don't play with that .

Right now, no. Not unless you can spoof their phone number, or spoof where you're logging in from. If they have the 2 step verification up then you will only let them know once you have the correct information and try to login some where that isn't their phone or computer. If you must know, you will need to go to their house, and either drink with them, or drug them then use their computer.
