[TUT] Basic Skining with photoshop

HEY GUYS!

Today a lesson on Basic skinning with Photoshop

What we hope to achieve today
- Basic knowledge on the layout of skins
- Basic knowledge on how to modify a skin
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop

LETS START!

ok, in the following image which is the desert eagle, i have marked out sections of the weapon, for you to be able to tell what part of the weapon is what, with an understanding on were every part of the weapon is, it makes skinning a hell of a lot easier



ok, now open the Desert eagle in photoshop.

now that you have the Desert eagle open, we can begin to edit
First - make a new layer ( Layer -> New -> Layer )


Second - now select the brush tool, and make a basic shape/picture on your desired position of the weapon
( please note - you can put in a custom picture if you like )

Third - color your shape/picture to anything that you like

YES, I NO ITS SHIT,, LOL ITS ONLY FOR AN EXAMPLE

Forth - file save as (save it as the same name as the original file) save your work

CONGRATULATIONS! you have made your FIRST SKIN!
