HelpPheonix Source Help

So I have been trying to get the Phoenix Source 1.9.2 working... I downloaded a Phoenix Realm Hacked Client and edited the ip using RABDCasm to 127.0.0.1 and I have recompiled the solution and everything... But when I start server.exe and wserver.exe, the client keeps saying load error, retrying. Now is this because I have an outdated client, and if so can anyone link me to the 1.9.2 phoenix client, or is there another problem?

Load Error, retrying normally comes from the inability to connect to the server.
Have you edited database.cs, list.cs? im sure there is something else to edit too, just cannot remember what.
