i want to know a program which i can edit a video with like crop parts and adding music to my video anyone know?

the basic window movie maker is pretty good(Free), Camtasia Studio * is pretty good its a step above windows media player, and its $30. Next I would say Sony Vegas Pro $300+ and its kind of hard if you dont know what your doing, Adobe Premier Pro CS6 is pretty easy to use, but its expensive aswell. But all these do what you would want to do

I personally used windows movie maker for the longest time you can't do crazy fx on there but it has some good ones on there, and it formats for just about any web service you want

You could pirate them but its illegal if you are caught. Windows movie maker is pretty good if you're doing basic putting together of clips. If you want to go into more advanced video editing, but don't want to pirate or dish out a lot of money for those expensive programs then you could try hit film. Its free, but you can buy features to add on if you feel like you need a bigger arsenal of tools to help you out.
